For local shops, services and small manufacturers

Less busywork. More time for the work you love.

We set up the tech that takes the busywork off your plate: a website that books and sells, phones answered when you can't, and the paperwork that does itself. Then we look after it.

What we help with

If it eats your evenings, we can probably fix it

Most owners pick one or two of these to start. Not sure which? That's what the walk-through is for.

Your website

  • A fast site that looks right on a phone
  • Hours, menu, prices and services kept up to date
  • Showing up on Google and Google Maps
  • A contact form that reaches you, not spam
  • Reviews and photos that sell for you

Booking and ordering

  • Online booking for appointments and classes
  • Online ordering, without a marketplace taking a cut
  • Reminders that cut no-shows
  • Deposits and payments up front
  • A text when an order is ready

Phone and texts

  • Missed calls answered, and you keep your number
  • The common questions answered day or night
  • A text back to every caller you couldn't reach
  • A message with the details when you're needed
  • Appointment and pickup reminders by text

Email and customers

  • Replies to the same questions written for you
  • Every lead in one list, with a follow-up date
  • A simple monthly newsletter
  • Thank-you notes and review requests that go out on time
  • One inbox for all your business email

Paperwork and the back office

  • Invoices and quotes that build themselves
  • Inventory counts and reorder reminders
  • Staff schedules and timesheets
  • Payroll hours ready for Gusto or QuickBooks
  • A weekly report: what came in, what's due

Getting your tools to talk

  • Your register, books, website and payroll connected
  • No more typing the same thing twice
  • Social posts scheduled from your own photos and news
  • Your files and passwords organized and backed up
  • Help picking software that fits, and none that doesn't

How we work

We look at the work first

Most tech help builds whatever you ask for. We're industrial engineers, so we start a step earlier: how the work actually flows, where it waits, and what gets typed twice. Fix that, then automate it. Automating a messy process just makes the mess faster.

  1. Free walk-throughAn hour at your place. You keep a written list of the three things most worth fixing.
  2. A fixed priceA one-page plan for what we'd build and what it saves. No hourly meter running.
  3. Small wins firstWe build the quickest payback first, then the next, each one working before the next starts.

Then we look after it

We host what we build, keep it running, fix what breaks and make small changes when you ask. Each month you get a short note on what ran and what it saved.

Nothing you can't undo

You keep your phone number, your email and your accounts. We set things up so you could walk away tomorrow and keep working.

Who we help

Local businesses where the owner still does the books at night

Main Street shops and services

  • Restaurants, cafes and bakeries
  • Studios, gyms and salons
  • Plumbers, electricians, landscapers and other trades
  • Clinics, offices and professional services
  • Retail shops

Small manufacturers and job shops

  • A website that brings in quote requests
  • Order-status updates without a big ERP system
  • Purchase orders, invoices and certificates that fill themselves in
  • Accounting, shipping and payroll tools connected

Already running

We built it for a local studio first

Renegade Yoga in Knoxville runs on tools we built: its website books classes, its phone line answers every call, teachers find their own subs from their phones, and a screen in the lobby signs up walk-ins. The owner got her evenings back.

That's the kind of work we do for every client, sized to your business.

Who we are

Amber and Andy, two industrial engineers who've spent decades making factories run better for companies across the country. Now we do the same for the businesses down the street.

More about us

Questions

What owners ask first

What does the walk-through cost?

Nothing. We spend about an hour with you and leave a written list of the three things most worth fixing. You're under no obligation to hire us.

How much does a project cost?

It depends on what you need, so after the walk-through we give you a fixed price in writing before any work starts. Most owners start with one small fix to see it pay off.

Do I have to change my phone number or my software?

No. We work with what you already use where we can. You keep your number, your email and your accounts.

Is this "AI"?

Sometimes, where it genuinely helps, like answering common questions after hours. Plenty of what we do is simpler than that. We use whatever fixes the problem, and you approve how it talks to your customers.

Where do you work?

We're local to East Tennessee and come to you for the walk-through. Much of the follow-up work happens remotely.

Free walk-through

An hour with us, a list you keep

We come by, watch a normal hour of your day and ask where the time goes. You keep a written list of the three things most worth fixing, whether you hire us or not.

  • No cost and no sales pitch
  • A fixed price for anything you want us to build
  • Small fixes first, so you see it pay off

Amber or Andy reads every one of these. We never share your details.
